I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic - it was nestled on the top of a hill and provided breathtaking views of the city below and the mountains ahead. Plus, the hotel staff was extremely cooperative, making arrangements for transportation on very short notice. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. Last but not least, the breakfast was excellent - I couldn't help going for a second helping!

the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. They were happy to help me with my requests and needs throughout my stay. the breakfast was delicious and filling. It gave me the energy I needed to start my day off right. Lastly, the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

There were a few things that I did not like about this hotel. the location was difficult to get to and there were no clear directions available.

We spent Easter in a hotel located in a beautiful mountainous region. The hotel had a great location, with stunning mountain views from the terrace. The food offered at the hotel was delicious, with a set breakfast menu each day that we enjoyed. In addition to this, the staff was helpful; they offered sightseeing information, and even helped us book cabs!

There were some aspects of the hotel that were not up to our expectations. The cleanliness of the bedsheets and the WC facilities were not up to the mark. Our sheets had stains and tiny holes that were not rectified even after complaining. Furthermore, the room was not particularly comfortable, and we had to ask the staff to change the dirty sheets. Moreover, we found the fact that the hotel used plastic water bottles for serving water disappointing as this added to the existing pollution. Despite this, overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
